NSABP B38

A phase III, Adjuvant trial comparing Three Chemotherapy Regimens in Women with node-positive Breast Cancer: Docetaxel/Doxorubicin/Cyclophosphamide (TAC); Dose-Dense (DD) Doxorubicin/Cyclophosphamide followed by DD Paclitaxel (DD AC followed by P); DD AC followed by DD Paclitaxel plus Gemcitabine (DD AC followed by PG) Status: Ongoing but closed to recruitment

NSABP C-08/ICORG 05-02

A phase III clinical trial comparing infusional (5-FU,Leucovorin, and Oxaliplatin (Mfolfox6) q2weeks with Bevacizumab to the same regimen without Bevacizumab for the treatment of patients with resected stages II and stages III carcinoma of the colon.

DCIS Study: International Breast cancer Intervention Study (IBIS) of tamoxifen vs. anastrozole in postmenopausal women with Ductal Carcinoma In-Situ (DCIS)
Prevention Study: International Breast cancer Intervention Study (IBIS) of anastrozole vs placebo in postmenopausal women at increased risk of breast cancer.

R-CHOP 14 V 21:

A phase III multicentre randomised clinical trial comparing rituximab with CHOP given every 14 days and rituximab with CHOP given every 21 days for the treatment of patients with newly diagnosed diffuse large B cell non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma.

CORAL study:

A randomized study of ICE plus rituximab (R-ICE) versus DHAP plus rituximab (R-DHAP) in previously treated patients with CD 20 positive diffuse large b-cell lymphoma, eligible for transplantation followed by randomized maintenance treatment with rituximab

Watch and Wait Trial:

An intergroup randomised trial of rituximab versus a watch and wait strategy in patients with advanced stage, asymptomatic, non-bulky follicular lymphoma (Grades 1, 2 and 3a).
Status: Pending

COIN

A three-arm randomised controlled trial comparing either continuous chemotherapy plus cetuximab or INtermittent chemotherapy with standard continuous palliative combination chemotherapy with oxaliplatin and a fluoropyrimidine in first line treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer.
