On Arrival

On arrival to the hospital, please check in at the Admissions Department, the location of which is stated on your appointment letter. You will be required to complete and sign an admission form indicating your request for public/private/semi-private care. We will accommodate your request as far as possible. You may be asked to make your Religious Beliefs known so that your wishes will be carried out.
