Look for Shade
- Don't sunbathe when the sun is directly overhead (between 11.00a.m. and 2.00p.m.
- Use sun umbrellas and other types of shade to protect you from the sun
NOTE: You can get sunburnt on a cloudy day. 80-85% of solar ultraviolet radiation can pass through cloud. Haze in the atmosphere can even increase your ultraviolet radiation exposure
